Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of this online store and your purchase of products from us. The store is operated by THE AWARENESS INITIATIVE INC. ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and print-on-demand production

Our current product, the AWAN AGBARA Oracle Deck, is printed on demand. We do not hold finished stock. After you order, your deck enters a production queue. The delivery windows on the product page and in our Shipping Policy — 6–8 weeks in Canada and the US, up to 12 weeks internationally — are estimates based on production and delivery, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will keep the stated windows updated if production conditions change materially.

Prices, currency, and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Prices, shipping rates, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered in the store. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an affected order with a full refund if an error is discovered before production begins.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we confirm it and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order before production begins for any reasonable reason, including suspected fraud, an incorrect address, or a pricing error, and we will refund any payment taken in that case.

Delivery and addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error, and before production begins where possible, so we can try to correct it.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: the deck is print-on-demand, change-of-mind returns are not accepted, cancellations are only available before production begins, and damaged, defective, missing, or misprinted items are replaced.

Intellectual property

The AWAN AGBARA Oracle Deck — including its cards, artwork, and guidebook — is our original work. All rights are reserved. You may use your purchased deck for personal reflection and practice. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell as your own, or create derivative works from the cards or guidebook without our written permission.

Appropriate use

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to misrepresent your identity or payment information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The deck is offered for reflection and personal practice; it is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms
