Refund policy

Print-on-demand — please read before ordering

The AWAN AGBARA Oracle Deck is made to order. Each deck is printed only after you order it, and production takes time: please allow 6–8 weeks for production and delivery in Canada and the US, and up to 12 weeks internationally. Because each deck is produced for a specific order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

What we do not accept for return

We do not accept returns or offer refunds because of a change of mind, a change in circumstances, delivery within the stated production and delivery windows, colour or print variation within normal production tolerance, or a difference in taste about the cards, artwork, or guidebook content. The deck is sold as designed.

Damaged, defective, missing, or misprinted items

If your deck arrives damaged, defective, with missing cards, or misprinted, we will make it right with a replacement copy.

To report an issue:

  • Email us at contact@theawarenessinitiative.org with your order number.
  • Tell us what is damaged, defective, missing, or misprinted, and include photos where possible.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will confirm the issue and arrange a replacement copy at no extra product charge. A replacement is also made to order, so the same production window applies. In most cases you do not need to send the damaged item back. If we do ask for it to be returned, we will give you instructions first.

If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the product price to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the item never arrived or the error was ours.

Lost or late deliveries

If your order has not arrived after the stated window for your region, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it. If delivery is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or a refund of the product price, as above.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before production begins, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except for a damaged, defective, missing, or misprinted item as described above.
